LD22 Activist Fran Noe has filed a campaign complaint with the Federal Election Commission in Washington, DC (FEC) against Congresswoman Debbie Lesko and the AZGOP for violation of campaign laws/regulations during the CD8 Special Election and the upcoming Aug 28 primary election. The complaint filed Aug 2 reads: “I believe a violation of the federal election campaign laws or FEC regulation has occurred regarding Congressional District 8 for the State of Arizona. The Debbie Lesko campaign and the Arizona Republican Party (AZGOP) in Arizona’s 2018 CD8 special election primary, special election general, and now in the general primary have failed to file any kind of report that the AZGOP has been providing office space at their office on Bell Rd and 99th Ave. in Sun City, Arizona (West Valley GOP Office) to the Lesko campaign. The AZGOP has/is providing phones, internet service, floor space, AZGOP staff support, sign installation, and food for volunteers. The AZGOP has/is also providing their advanced database to the Lesko campaign. No in-kind or cash payment by the Debbie Lesko campaign and the AZGOP have been filed with the FEC except for a mailing. None for the special election earlier this year and not for the current usage.
“I attended a meeting on July 31, 2018, and saw first hand the partitioned area set-up for the Lesko Campaign at the West Valley GOP Office. Also, on August 2, 2018, I received a phone call from 623-512-9281, a Hunter Griffiths, who identified himself a political director for the Debbie Lesko’s campaign. During our conversation I asked if they had an office at the 99th Ave location. He told me that they indeed lease space for the Lesko campaign to use.
“Debbie Lesko@DebbieLesko used her twitter account to say the following..’ Signs are being delivered all week! If you want yours sooner, stop by my campaign office at 10050 W Bell Rd #50, Sun City, AZ 85351 and pick it up today.’” – Frances A Noe Editor’s Note: Early this morning Lesko responded, “It is baseless. My campaign leases an area from the AZ GOP Sun City office which I'm sure will appear on the FEC filings when the filing is due.I hire a professional firm with years of experience to do all of my accounting and FEC reporting work.I know that Fran Noe didn't like that I publicly spoke out against the EPCOR waste water consolidation plan on behalf of my Sun City constituents when I was their state senator. She wanted Sun City residents to subsidize her water rates and she ultimately got her way when the Corporation Commission voted to force Sun City and Sun City West residents to subsidize other waste water users like herself. Perhaps Fran should be more concerned that Sandra Dowling has yet to file her FEC campaign finance report even though it was due on July 15th, a flagrant violation of FEC rules
Reminder: Removal of political signs, other than your own, is a Class 2 Misdeamnor. Think about it before you tear down your competitions signs! – ft

Former Maricopa County Republican chairman Tyler Bowyer posted on Facebook yesterday morning that he “was eating breakfast peacefully in Philadelphia with Charlie Kirk& Candace Owens, when radical socialists recognized them and started harassing us as we ate. We quickly tipped and made our way out the door as a small mob of primarily white radicals shouted at us chanting ‘F*** America, F*** the Police,’ threw water on Charlie and singled out Candace as a black woman. Candace defended the primarily black police officers before telling the ANTIFA socialists that we love America, shook the police officers’ hands and went back to work for our 9 am work meeting. It was a very surreal experience to see the racism. This is what we’re up against people— a mob who hates America and wants to destroy it from the inside. Very proud to be on the front lines training with the greatest defense America has of Happy Warriors at Turning Point USA!!”

CD8 House candidate Sandra Dowling’s response to Former Maricopa County Republican Chairman Lyle Tuttle: In response to the questions in the Briefs last week that asked about endorsements for CD8 candidates by Senator John McCain or Senator Jeff Flake. I am not endorsed by Senator McCain or Senator Flake. In response to the second question, I have never asked for their endorsement.
State Committeemen Joe and Jinny Perron: Thank you Frosty for your outstanding dedication in keeping the public politically informed! God Bless you and your efforts!
Activist Larry Sorenson: I have enjoyed collecting signatures beginning with Jack Harper's campaign. It is the most valuable and rewarding contribution that I make on behalf of all LD 22 Candidates. I do signature gathering work for anyone who requests it just the same as I hand out fliers to my walk lists no matter which of our candidates are represented. I believe in and support an informed constituency; it is vital. Recently, I became aware of a credible memo stating that during this election cycle a significant number of signatures on nominating petitions were "Forged". The use of that term brings to mind smoke filled rooms with goons filling out fraudulent petitions. I cannot imagine that any of my fellow PC's would EVER participate in this type of fraud. Furthermore, this accusation from within our party is a direct slap in the face to all of us who work hard on campaigns because we care. There is just no place in LD 22 proceedings for this political tactic. The same must hold true for all of CD 8 also. We are better than that.
Ana Henderson, Pima County Republican First Vice Chairman: Good morning Frosty! I hope you are well. This is the frenzy part and we are grateful you provide this service to better inform Republicans!
Zack Taylor, Chairman of the National Assoc of Former Border Patrol Officers: When you hear us say that Congress is Tone Deaf here is an example of what we are talking about. The Daca-Sword-DamoclesSimply talking about any benefit for illegal aliens brings more illegal aliens and emboldens those already here to stay in violation of law.The administration should appeal the DACA decision to the Supreme Court and give the DACA registrants the opportunity to leave voluntarily. Anything less simply encourages more lawlessness and Congress continues to encourage lawlessness even beyond the ’86 Amnesty when they should have learned better.Too much money involved we have to assume because what Congress is doing is not in the best interest of American citizens
State Committeeman Joe & Jinny Perron: This is the result of those candidates who signed the 2018 Pro-Life Pledge in advance of the Primary, based on the GOP Pro-Life Platform. Many candidates took the form made available to them at various meetings but did not return them prior to entry deadline. Others made the effort to visit the EVAA website, download the form and submit, included herein. We would greatly appreciate if you would kindly post these results in the briefs for the benefit of the voters; noting that this campaign will again continue following the results of the primary, thus providing the pro-life candidate another opportunity in which to take advantage of pledging their pro-life commitment to the voters and pro-life community in the General Election.
2018 Election ~ Candidates’ Pro-Life Pledge
The AZ East Valley Action Alliance Board of Directors commend and applaud the following candidates for courageously aligning their pro-life position with that of President Trump’s bold pro-life agenda pledging:
1) to remain constant in safeguarding the dignity of every innocent human life from “conception to natural death”
2) to not allow to be misled by ignorance or corrupted by fee or favor
3) to stand unwavering for the “culture of life” ensuring every innocent life is protected under the guidelines of our Nation’s founding documents: the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution, and the Bill of Rights; still the most fundamental laws
of our land.
AZ Voters are urged to give consideration first and foremost to these candidates when casting their 2018 pro-life vote in the primary and/or general election.
· AZ Supt of Public Instruction - Diane Douglas, Dr. Robert (Bob) Branch, Frank Riggs and Tracy Livingston,
· AZ Governor - Ken Bennett,
· US Senate - Dr. Kelli Ward,
· US Congress – AZ 9th District - David Giles,
· AZ State Senate - Itasca Small– LD-25 (Write In)

· Maricopa County College Board- Kathleen Winn
Why vote pro-life? Because MILLIONS of lives depend on your vote...Because BABIES deserve better...Because WOMEN deserve better...Because MORALITY demands it...Because someone needs to DEFEND the defenseless...Because YOUR pro-life vote can save lives!Disclaimer: While the AZ East Valley Action Alliance does not endorse candidates, we do encourage the pro-life voter to review candidates’ pro-life voting record and/or take their pro-life pledge under consideration worthy of a pro-life vote, as provided herein. - www.evactionalliance.org 480-216-7217 Life@evactionalliance.org
Zack Taylor, Chairman of the National Assoc of Former Border Patrol Officers: This article Alleged-Mexican-Drug-Trafficking-Gang-Busted-In-Arizona/strongly suggests that Chandler, Arizona, is a sanctuary city because by not inquiring into and reporting the Immigration Status of 12 defendants identified as members of a Mexican drug trafficking organization the City of Chandler is exhibiting behavior consistent with sanctuary cities which makes the City of Chandler less safe and more open to being a safe haven for foreign drug traffickers. It is also within the realm of possibility that this drug trafficking organization chose Chandler as their base of operations because of their lax policy on illegal immigration. So it is up to the people of Chandler, as to what should be done. We predict that should the Chandler mayor and city council continue protecting illegal aliens and drug smugglers they will invite innumerable such persons to quickly take the place of the 12 presently in custody who will continue trafficking their poison into the United States as well as make it more difficult for law enforcement to ferret out the remaining members of the apprehended gang. Your choice Chandler. What are you going to do?
Townhall contributor and Stream Senior Editor Rachel Alexander responds to Christine Stange: I disagree with your characterization of Tim Jeffries, who is running for state senate. He has a proven conservative record at AZDES reforming and cleaning up that bloated agency. I've also known him for years having attended a Christian conservative discussion group with him and can vouch for his contributions in that group that he is a tried and true conservative. I personally support the National Popular Vote. Tim does not. I hardly think you can use the support for it of his campaign consultant against him. Tim is running against Rep. Ugenti-Rita for several reasons. She does not support Congressional term limits and was the lone Republican to vote against the Blue Lives Matter legislation last year. She supports the defunct, feminist and clearly unconstitutional Equal Rights Amendment which is a holy grail initiative for the abortion rights zealots. It is a threat to the pro-life movement and a pet cause for the #MeToo movement which is trying to move America to the left. Please attend one of Tim's meetups and get to know him. He's the real deal and would be an amazing reformer in government.
Zack Taylor, Chairman of the National Assoc of Former Border Patrol Officers: Illegal Accused Of Killikng Fla Cop Was On Pretrial ReleaseDoes this remind anyone that the Arizona House failed to pass Grants Law to prevent this type of travesty happening again? Wasn’t it by one vote?
The Arizona Citizens Defense League PAC (AZCDLPAC) is endorsing Ken Bennett’s campaign for Governor of Arizona. Ken believes the right to keep and bear arms is one of our most sacred God given rights protected by the U.S. Constitution. He finds any infringement unacceptable. Ken’s ‘School Safety Operation Plan’ plan puts guns where necessary to protect our children in our schools NOT remove guns. The mission of the AZCDLPAC is: “Support and elect candidates who unequivocally support and defend the unalienable right of self-defense for all Arizonans - and dedicated to the defeat of elected representatives who violate their oath and impair your rights!” Governor Ducey’sSevere Threat Order of Protection (STOP) plan is a dangerous infringement of Arizonans second amendment rights and lacks an operational control component. Ken’s plan focuses on student safety in our schools with an emphasis on the worst case scenario – to control a school during an active shooter. No parent wants to hear that a severe viable threat at their child’s school will be going to a judge tomorrow. They want armed law enforcement officials in place to protect their child because the best way to stop a bad guy with a gun is a good guy with a gun. As a fourth generation Arizonan it is unconceivable to Ken for Arizona to lead the Nation in gun control - Ducey’s STOP plan is gun control. Ken fully supports the second amendment, and if the people of Arizona elect him as Governor, NO bill containing language infringing on the Second Amendment will be welcome on the 9th floor.

CANDIDATE COMMENTARY

CD8 House candidate Dr Sandra Dowling is adamantly opposed to Senator Marco Rubio’s remarks that Social Security and Medicare benefits will have to be slashed to balance the trillion-dollar deficit. Instead, retirees and other beneficiaries of Social Security and Medicare should be protected from having their monthly checks reduced. ”The federal government needs to rein in spending but not on the backs of our senior citizens that depend on this income for survival. The United States should not abandon retirees just because the federal government is fiscally irresponsible in their spending. Marco Rubio is wrong on this proposal and so is any other member of Congress that believes senior citizens should bear the brunt of fixing our trillion-dollar deficit. The contract the federal government made with current retirees to pay into Social Security while they were working should not be abandoned. Instead, we should support Donald Trump’s promise to retirees and protect Social Security and Medicare. Legislation rather than meaningless resolutions need to be introduced into Congress to protect these programs for the long-term.
LD20 candidate Charles Loftus: Passing the National Popular Vote (NPV) gives all the power to elect a President to the highest populated urban centers of the country (liberal centers like New York, Chicago, Boston, Los Angeles and San Francisco) and literately no power to the rural and less-populated states (such as Arizona). This is one of the largest assaults on states' rights in American history. If passed, this would certainly assure there never would be another conservative president. In 2017, the Arizona House passed HB2277 and HB2447, which would essentially move Arizona from the Electoral College system to the NPV. Fortunately, the state Senate defeated the bills. My opponent, as a state Representative, voted for Arizona to adopt NPV. His support for this horrible concept and electing him to the Arizona Senate is a train-wreck not only for Arizona but for states' rights and all rural/less populated states in America. I will never concede your rights or concede any states' rights especially to the Liberal/Socialist-controlled areas of the country. Your vote and contribution is both needed and appreciated by all Arizonans who care about the integrity of this state. Please visit www.loftus4az.com
AZ Corporation Commission candidate Jim O’Connor: Our campaign is moving well with 14 billboard ads and 750 4 X 4 signs now up statewide. Radio commercials on 17 statewide stations and social media visibility. We have ads in local newspapers statewide and our tireless candidate has put over 40,000 miles on his car over his last 10 months of campaigning. Jim is gratefulto the many supporters statewide who are holding him up in prayer for a successful campaign. When Jim ran for AZGOP Chairman two years ago, he did not solicit endorsements as he believes that such a practice is divisive to building a “party”, but inintroducing a new name for a statewide political office, endorsements are essential. Those who have endorsed him so far have each had long standing relationshipswith him over a dozen years, as Jim volunteered in party leadership at the district, county and state levels of our GOP.Jim is humbled and grateful to the following elected officials for their unqualified endorsements of his campaign for Corporation Commission: former State TreasurerJeff Dewit, former Congressman J. D. Hayworth, Maricopa County Treasurer Royce Flora, State Senator John Kavanagh, Representatives Michelle Ugenti-Rita and Jay Lawrence, former State Senate President Russell Pearce, former two-time Congressional Candidate and AZGOP Secretary Gabby Saucedo Mercer, Congressional Candidate Dave Giles CD 9, Scottsdale City Councilman Guy Phillips, former Maricopa County Chairman Rob Haney and Lyle Tuttle, JBS state leaders Bill & Barbara Blewster, Mommy Lobby President Jennifer Reynolds and many fine grassroot patriotand liberty loving leaders throughout our State.
CD1 candidate Wendy Rogers: The TV ad wars are on. And I need your help urgentlyto counter the Democrats. You see, as the ads have been playing ahead of the crucial August 28 election date, Tom O'Halleran is banking on being able to flood the airwaves to overwhelm my campaign right now. I have been on the air! But O'Halleran got a BIG infusion of cash from Nancy Pelosi, George Soros' American Bridge, and the anti-Trump left - and he is using it to try to bury me NOW.Bottom line, I need about $20,000 this week to keep my ads on the air, book additional time for November, and to push back right away against Nancy Pelosi and all her Swamp money. You know I'm a fighter. You know that I won't let O'Halleran and the liberal DC establishment get a free ride in November. I can fight him and I can win- but I need to counter this bold ad buy of his, this week! Can you help me? Your donations will let me reserve plenty of airtime. It will help show folks why this district needs to flip. Come help me flip AZ-01 from blue to red!!!! I need your help right now, there is not a moment to lose.
Phil Woolbright, JP candidate says, “Do you want to pay millions per year out of your tax pocket?” Woolbright has a rehab program for petty criminals that makes money for local businesses, pays fines, pays victims and saves tax dollars. Criminals repeat crimes, go to a crowded expensive jail, repeat crimes again… repeat … and we pay for it in taxes. For example: with just 500 in jail that is $50,000 per day. $100 per inmate. $18 million per year out of your pocket. Our Justice Courts place low level criminals in expensive crowded jails. Judges give broken sentences … we doll out jail time like candy, issuing fines that don’t get paid… to inmates that have no money. It does not work, it teaches nothing, our jail is a “County Hotel” and us tax payers foot the bill. Judges should sentence petty criminals to a non-profit organization that in turn places those petty criminals to work for local businesses. Local businesses could pay a benefit for low cost labor. That money would go straight to the county and victims. That would generate revenue to pay fines and victims instead of us paying tax dollars for crowded jail time. It teaches a lesson to the petty criminal, provides a sense of accomplishment and respect for the community and makes the county / victims money instead of costing us a penny. Woolbright says: “We are spending unnecessary millions.” A Judicial Watch Group of associates (petty criminals paying for fines in exchange for labor) is forming for this purpose. “My program idea can be implemented across the board to save millions while bettering the community.” We need guilty petty criminals to build respect within themselves and build respect in the community, with direct work, mental health modification and community education.” Dr. James Dobson once said “someone that works for the community respects the community they live in” Each petty criminal must remain under the careful eye of a good Justice of the Peace that will watch over, and stick with, that low level criminal as a cheer leader in our community to promote a mindset of success, change and rehabilitation. The defendant that completes the program successfully would not be given jail time, however jail time is there should there be resistance. Phillip Woolbright promises to promote a community of lower crime and better mental health.

Congresswoman Debbie Lesko: Keeping Americans safe and providing for the common defense is the primary role of Congress. I was pleased to support the NDAA for FY19 this week which authorizes funding for 77 F-35 Joint Strike Fighters that pilots train for at Luke Air Force Base in our district. Additionally, the NDAA provides our men and women in uniform with a well-deserved pay raise of 2.6%, the largest in nine years. Rebuilding our military and restoring our readiness capabilities are challenges that cannot be solved overnight, but this legislation sets us on the path towards a strong, capable defense.Click here to see op-ed in The Hill: Congress must provide for the common defense.
