Navajo County Republican Chairman Steven Slaton: Warning - Lack of information given to other members of the bylaw committee, lack of releasing AZGOP records to Elected Secretary Gabby Mercer; stalling and making new books for the Elected Treasurer; these actions by the AZGOP reminds me of the Enabling Act. This is a piece of legislation by which a body grants an entity which depends on it for authorization or legitimacy of power to take certain actions. For example, enabling acts often establish government agencies political parties to carry out specific government or party policies in a modern nation. This purge of our own political party, personality assassinating hundreds of those believed to have the potential to become political enemies is better known as Night of the Long Knives! Many county chairs and LD chairs, State Committeemen be aware of the McCainites and “THE COUNCIL” running the AZGOP!

Clarkdale’s Dale Gohr Open Letter TO AZGOP Committeemen: The successful Recall of any elected official is few and far between; largely due to categories of people:

“Loyal Followers: Will not acknowledge shortcomings or wrongdoing, of the incumbent.

Holding Religiously to the “Status Quo”: Those “don’t rock the boat” individuals who think “all opposition to the established norm is wrong”.

And, in this case, The Establishment; “Never Trump” Opposition: Some of those die-hard ding-bats would rather see the US Government get swallowed by socialistic totalitarianism or bizarre, weird and whacky Islamization than to side with any agenda/policy that may help make President Trump’s Policies or Agenda” gain support.

Recall is a last-ditch effort to disrupt wrongdoing, which is my reason for supporting the Recall of Jonathan Lines. I believe the Recall of Lines is justifiable and appropriate. According to the people who organized the Recall, Lines has shown “arrogant, unprofessional, self-centered control and leftist leanings,” which undermines our State Republicans observable contentions. I understand Lines has alienated elected/appointed state and county officials unless they are in “Lock-Step Opposition” to anything that would promote President Trump and his Agenda and/or Vision for the USA.

Aligning the State Party with the Establishment/Rockefeller Hangers-on or Holdovers like, John McCain, Jeff Flake and others that slither along with them is not what Lines was elected for. [In the 2016 Primary, Arizona Republicans Nominated Donald J. Trump for their; then the State electorate selected Trump as our choice to be US President, which should establish to anyone with two or more working brain cells that those who represent our state should be on the side of “Conservative Principles”, not aligned with the Leftists.]. The State Assemblymen elected Lines to lead the State Republicans (his campaign advertising reeked of extreme expense; money from someone, somewhere) reflective of our intentions, which is not being done. Therefore, a substantial number of us are strongly voicing our opposition to the miserably misguided hands of lines - whom I hope will soon be the ‘recalled, denunciated or impeached.

LD21 PC Randy Miller: In late January, of this year, 2017, Our newly elected County Chairman, Chris Herring wrote a hit piece on Jim O'Connor in the Sonoran Alliance. I remember thinking it was an unprofessional and unethical position to take publicly as a newly elected representative of Maricopa County Republican Party on an ongoing race for State GOP Chairman. I searched in Arizona Alliance and even clicked on the link in the MCRC Briefs to the article. Well guess what, it has been taken down and says "Forbidden, you don't have access to this site on this server" yet I can get every other article they have.

I found this in the 1-23-17 Briefs..."To top things off, newly elected Maricopa County Chairman Chris Herring jumped into the fray with "My Concerns With O'Connor"– which some consider a campaign smear job or hit piece against O’Connor since county chairman normally remain neutral in GOP races." Also Herring's supporting Jonathon Lines for State Chairman. See 1-27-17 Briefs: Tom Morrissey Immediate Past Chairman of the AZ GOP wrote: “There is an incredible embarrassment brewing as we approach the "election" of our new Chairman on Saturday. The AZ GOP Chairman is supposed to lead the party standing on the very principles and integrity that are the essence of our party. AZ Chair Robert Graham and Maricopa County Republican Chairman Chris Herring are acting like the fix is in.”

I will say that Herring is a capable and talented man with lots of energy to do a good job. My concern is he appears to be acting like a member of the established leadership working a long-term agenda of which many of the state committeemen and PC's are tired of and want to change. So, if Chris is part of this, he is wrong for us. If he isn't then he needs to show us that he isn't. Ambition is good when it is done for good, but if ambition is blind to tools being used and intentions assisting you, then it is dangerous.

Activist Vera Anderson: I was very offended by his (Chris Herring’s) letter as well. I have tried to talk to Chris a couple of times about our newly elected County Recorder and what I have seen that is most disturbing with our voting and elections. He just dismisses me and says that they are keeping an eye on Adrian Fontes and if he does something illegal they will be ready. Ready for what?

Yuma County PC Connie Uribe: There should be no surprise about Lines' rise to fame, nor his persistent grandstanding. When you have no merit, you have to do something to keep yourself elevated in the public light. From Yuma we watched Little Jonathan move into that state Treasurer position with the help of his good buddy, Robert Graham. And why would Graham want him? It's simple. Jonathan is incredibly likable. He comes across as cordial, non-threatening, and most importantly, he doesn't have a clue when it comes to real leadership. What a perfect sinecure!The powers that be wind him up, point him in one direction, and he does their bidding. He won't ask questions, because he doesn't know what to ask. He won't interfere because he doesn't know how. The puppet in the meantime thinks it's all about him. He gets stroked for doing a good job and gets knocked back on track when he strays. If he does well at one job, who's to say the powers won't take their puppet to a higher level? He can function there just as well, providing of course, he's given the instructions. The problem arises when the puppet is placed in a position requiring more action than the powers anticipated. The powers often make the mistake of thinking the puppet has the capability to learn and use information, making it applicable to various situations. I observed Jonathan for years at the Yuma GOP and often looked to see whose hands were up him pulling his levers. Our club was stagnate, our bylaws archaic, and fundraising dinners practically non-existent. His charm and smile were enough to win some of our members, even eliciting public praise, when many of us were thinking, "What the h*** has he done?" Oh, I forgot. He was in Phoenix telling candidate Trump how he needed to change his rhetoric.

Brian Reilly, Former LD22 PC: Tom Morrissey wrote on 8-2-1-7-Briefs“Joe Arpaio went up against the Establishment in both parties and did not back down, even when everyone else did. What part of Illegal (Alien) don't you get, Brian?” Mr. Morrissey, what is it that you don’t understand about the 4^th Amendment to the United States Constitution? The color of one’s skin is not probable cause that a crime has been committed. Arpaio was found guilty of intentionally ignoring a federal court order, for nearly 18 months, not to arrest or detain individuals without probable cause that a crime had been committed. This constitutional misadventure by former Sheriff Joe Apraio, according to CBS 5, is going to cost Maricopa County taxpayers nearly $92,000,000 when all is said and done. I’m a Maricopa County taxpayer and I believe in fiscal responsibility. Regarding a pardon, it’s my understanding, if Arpaio seeks and accepts a presidential pardon, some believe, it comes with Arpaio’s admission of guilt. An appeal? There will be an appeal, but don’t base the appeal on the lack of a jury trial for Arpaio. As I recall, according to court testimony and court transcripts, Arpaio’s former attorneys agreed with the court to opt for a bench trial to cap the penalty at 6 months in prison rather than a jury trial with an open ended penalty. The most damaging information to come out of the recent Arpaio criminal trial was the series of Arpaio videos, shown in court Exhibit 37. Mr. Morrissey, you state that Arpaio “did not back down.” In court Exhibit 37D, Arpaio stated, according to my notes taken in court, “I will never give in to the control of the federal government.” In my opinion, that Arpaio mindset ultimately led to Arpaio’s guilty finding by the court. An appeal will be unsuccessful.

Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officer (CSPOA) will meet at 7 pm., Tues, Aug 8 at 10050 W Bell Road #50 in Sun City, according to Maricopa County organizer LD21 PC Randy Miller. The group will meet on the second and third Tuesdays of every month at the Sun City GOP office. They discuss current issues and the constitution; then apply the constitution to what is happening and see how off track the nation has gotten. The also have some Friday and Saturday classes on ham radio operations, licensing, food preparation/storage for emergencies, emergency medical training and security/firearm training.
