Navajo County Republican Committee Chairman Steven Slaton: The Navajo County Republican Committee has terminated, Mr. Dustin Graham, as Treasurer. After our discussion tonight (Oct 12) by the Executive Committee at a deadlock vote Chairman Slaton made the final decision to Terminated Mr. Graham as the Navajo County Treasurer. Chairman Slaton wishes Dustin the best. The terminated for cause, is effective immediately.

Activist George Taylor: During the various inquiries of the FBI into anything this calendar year that I have received or exchanged information about, regardless of the investigation, I receive numerous and repetitive comments that nobody trusts the FBI to be anything of a reliable investigative agency. Congressman Trent Franks: Over the past couple days, there has been a large concentration of up to 9,000 troops from the Popular Mobilization Front [PMU] and Iraqi Army in the vicinity of Kirkuk and Mosul – less than 100 kilometers to the south and west of Erbil, respectively. Franks reaction to the reports: “The PMU, or Hash’d al Shaabi, is an Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps-backed militia led by the Badr Corps Commander, Hadi Al-Ameri. In addition to being the top lieutenant to Qassem Soleimani (commander of the IRGC Quds Force), Al-Ameri is the leading candidate for Prime Minister of Iraq. The situation is becoming dangerous and could easily escalate. The Iraqi government must demand these militias deescalate and decamp their forces. I urge Iraqi Prime Minister al-Abadi to fulfill the pledge made less than two weeks ago to prevent any external or internal attacks against the Kurds. In midst of our success against the Islamic State, Iran has clearly been embedding itself as deeply as possible into the Iraqi government and military. It is past time for Baghdad to prove to us they are not a puppet of Tehran; it is no longer tenable for the U.S. to give the government of Iraq money if the funds will simply flow into the coffers of men and forces allied with Iran. Consequently, it is time for the American government to cease its studied indifference to our loyal allies, the Kurds. We must embrace Kurdish self-determination, encourage increased control of the Nineveh Plain by indigenous Christian defense forces and demand Baghdad cease their duplicitous relationship with Iran -- if the U.S. is to remain Iraq’s benefactor. Arizona Town Crier Jim Ehl to AZGOP Secretary Gabby Mercer: We have the elected AZGOP secretary asking a non-elected member of the AZ GOP headquarters for cooperation. What cooperation?? Let’s look at the AZ GOP headquarters staffing according to the AZ GOP bylaws. The bylaws list the elected statutory and mandatory officers. The positions of Executive Director, Communications Director, and Political Coordinator are not there. The bylaws list of Appointive Officers,( the state chairman shall appoint) a chaplain, finance chairman, general counsel, registration chairman, education chairman and such other officers, may be helpful from time to time: all to serve at his pleasure. The positions of Executive Director. Communications Director, and Political Coordinator are not there! IV.G. in the bylaws list the duties of ‘Appointed Officers, but does not give any duties for the Executive Director. Communications Director, or Political Coordinator. Also, the bylaws state, the chairman shall appoint all committees officially and shall have 'such usual powers of supervision and management as may be required for the effective functioning of the state party headquarters and staff or as shall be assigned to him/her by the state committee. Can we assume that the Executive Director, the Communications Director, and Political Coordinator are hired or appointed shall be assigned to him/her by the state committee or that the chair chose to allow someone else to run the party instead of himself? That’s in keeping with the bylaws committee. The bylaws state that the chair may appoint committees, but the chair violated that by appointing a chair to set up the bylaws committee for him!

Now to the question. If you get proposed amendments direct from individuals, plus proposed amendments from the bylaws committee, just how do you plan to handle that? After all, your confident stated, “Thank you for your email. As always, the State Party will act in accordance with the by-laws for all submitted by-law amendments.” What does that mean? Do you ever correspond with the party chairman? (The next two emails are to Matthew and back to Secretary Mercer.)

As the AZ GOP Secretary it is my responsibility to include any Bylaw Amendment submitted to me within the call letter. Reading Mr. Ehl’s email, I believe he is correct and I just want to know if I will have your cooperation on this matter when the time comes.
