Although There Are Grinches who apparently don’t enjoy the upcoming holiday festivities, it appears the Arcadia Neighborhood in Phoenix will have their Christmas lights again after neighbors rose up in protest of a complaint that nearly shut down a 30 year display that people have driven miles to look at. Bravo for the neighbors who band together to save the tradition lights display. - ft

ICE Agents Not Allowed To Wear Bulletproof Vests Because Illegal Aliens ‘Might Be Offended’ No wonder ICE officers are so frustrated. Their superiors actually put the feelings of illegal immigrants over the safety of the men and women protecting our borders. They were actually told not to wear bulletproof vests because it would be offensive to members of the “badlands” community.  They also have to do illegal immigrants the courtesy of a seven day notice so they can pack up their things and hide somewhere else before ICE has a chance to deport them. “Our own supervisors would rather see the bodies of their own dead officers full of bullet holes than offend an illegal alien,” said Officer Gabriel Cimino, president of the local union chapter. “This is the absolute madness that our officers in the field are dealing with every day. Will an officer have to die before President Trump helps us restore order to this agency?”

Don’t-Forget-About-The-Men-Who-Said-They’ve-Been-Sexually-Assaulted-Too The sexual harassment of young girls and women by men in power is becoming almost a daily story. But there's an element of the conversation that isn't dominating the headlines: sexual harassment and assault against men.

The Arizona Game and Fish Commission Appointment Recommendation Board has forwarded the names of two candidates to Gov. Doug Ducey for his consideration in making his 2018 appointment to the Arizona Game and Fish Commission. Leland "Bill" Brake of Elgin and James E. Goughnour of Payson were selected from four candidates who were interviewed by the board at its public meeting on Nov. 15 at  AZGF  headquarters in Phoenix. The four who were interviewed were chosen from an initial slate of nine applicants previously considered by the Appointment Recommendation Board at its Nov. 7 public meeting. Members of the Commission Appointment Recommendation Board are William “Jim” Lane (chair), Susan E. Chilton, Charles I. Kelly, Phillip D. Townsend, and Richard B. Williams.

LD17 is hosting a pie social at its 7 pm., Nov 28 meeting at the Heritage Chapel, (Rm 140), Tri-City Baptist Church,  2211 W. Germann Road, Chandler, AZ 85286 Map Here PC training at 6 pm.

It Only Took 30 Years, But Look Who Just "Got Woke." If you didn't see it with your own eyes and hear it with your own ears, you could be forgiven for not believing the left would ever condemn Bill Clinton's sexual behavior, much less believe his accusers. see a day of reckoning has arrived...

Editor’s Note:Please keep opinion pieces to 400 words.

Marianne Ferrari, LD20 PC and State Committeeman -- No one should be surprised by the many reports of conservatives, duly elected as replacementstate committeemen, apparently being ignored by the state leadership, thus, effectively blocked from taking their rightful positions on the State Committee. I’ve heard there were some reports of this kind of thing back when John Kyl was senator. But, under John McCain, it certainly looks like a systematic pattern of purging conservatives from any position that would allow them to influence party decisions or actions. There is a name for this: Disenfranchisement. In the AZGOP, we’re now seeing an increasingly curious uniformity in the political identification of those in positions of power: We’ve reached the point, now, where the controlling power seems clearly to rest with Republicans-in-Name-Only(RINOs). How much more obvious does this situation have to become, before someone utters the heretofore unutterable speculation--“Our party is no longer in the hands of people with republican convictions, but of people who are NOT REPUBLICANS?” And what is the next obvious conclusion that a patriotic Republican should come to? I think it would be that, clearly, something is systemically wrong, when the people for whom this party was established--i.e., people who believe in republican principles, i.e., Republicans--are being systematically prevented from rising to positions in the leadership, and also being purged from positions they have long held. It’s time for the main body of principled state committeemen and precinct committeemen to get to the bottom of three very serious questions: 1) Has our AZGOP been hijacked by RINOs who are now purging all conservatives from every possible position of authority or influence? 2) Is this a deliberate effort to destroy the party from within? (Sure looks like it with Independents getting well over 50% of new registrations, and Republicans now barely ahead of Dems, according to a recent report on new registrations by Secretary of State Reagan.) 3) An attempt by whom? (The term "globalist" comes to mind.)  To put a point on this, I will quote a recent conversation I had with a former tea-partier in Kentucky. I phoned him to ask this question: “Is Mitch McConnell to Kentucky what John McCain is to Arizona?” His answer: “Well, by way of answering, let me just say that you are now speaking to the last, and ONLY, conservative State Committeeman in the state of Kentucky.”

Paul Eppihimer, Pima Co 2017Pima County Republican Committee Chairman Pete Eppihimer: Since Ivy Schwartz chose to throw insults and labels at Steve Bannon, let me toss one at her and her like-minded city councilman, Steve Kozachik. Both Ivy and Steve K have no tolerance for views other than their own and bask in the glow of one party rule here in the Old Pueblo. This is the definition of fascism. In his victory speech election night Kozachik declared that anyone who follows the “Trump Theology” is not welcome in Tucson. Ivy declares that Steve Bannon is not welcome in Tucson. Seems these two are saying “my way or the highway”. Who needs a dictator when you've got these two defining who is allowed in Tucson. Personally, I have no use for a pencil necked dweeb like Koz telling me who is welcome and who is not in his little underachieving kingdom. Steve Kozachik and Ivy Schwartz, although thousands of Tucsonans don't share your brand of social order, we welcome you to live among us, nonetheless. (Pima County Newsletter).

Frank Riggs 4Frank Riggs - Former Member of Congress and current Candidate for Superintendent of Public Instruction: Have you seen the incessant TV ads where Tom Steyer, a San Francisco hedge fund billionaire, major Democratic donor and funder of left-wing causes, urges viewers to sign his on-line petition calling for the impeachment of President Trump?  Steyer actually says, "A Republican Congress once impeached a president (Clinton) for much less."  Well, buddy, you couldn't be more mistaken!  I know.  I was there on December 19, 1998 and voted with the great majority of my Republican colleagues in the House of Representatives to impeach Clinton for perjury before a grand jury and for obstruction of justice, in direct violation of his oath of office and the oath he took to tell the truth in the grand jury proceedings.  Clinton was impeached on solid grounds.  By attempting to minimize perjury and obstruction of justice by a sitting president, Steyer shows himself to be just another really rich guy with a partisan political agenda to undermine the Trump Administration. My votes to impeach Clinton were my last ones as a three-term U.S. Congressman.  Just two months earlier he had signed into law my final bill, the Charter Schools Expansion Act of 1998, which passed the House with 367 yes votes and the U.S. Senate unanimously (https://www.congress.gov/bill/105th-congress/house-bill/2616).  The legislation helped charter schools flourish in Arizona and nationally and is one reason the Heritage Foundation said, "Representative Riggs spearheaded many cutting edge initiatives like school choice and charter schools."

Brian Reilly, Former LD22PC: On January 11, 2013, I had the privilege to meet Alabama Chief Justice Roy S. Moore. I attended his oath of office ceremony in Montgomery, Alabama. After he was sworn in I had the pleasure to introduce myself and I mentioned my involvement with the President Obama birth certificate investigation. Judge Moore was very quick to stop any conversation on the subject and he informed me that there was a pending Obama Birth Certificate case that may come before the Alabama Supreme Court. He informed me that if he were to discuss the subject with me he would have to recuse himself from hearing any potential case having to do with President Obama's birth certificate. I was very impressed with Judge Moore and his ethical standards and I honored his request and changed the subject. Judge Moore has a long history of vigorously defending conservative, Christian issues and he is currently running for the United States Senate as a Republican for the state of Alabama. As I understand, he also supports President Trump. Recently, Judge Moore has had unsubstantiated claims raised about his character and his fitness for office. He is mercilessly being tried by the press, and he has been assumed to be guilty by our manipulated media. Just like President Trump, Moore is a threat to the globalist agenda being promoted by Democrats and Republicans. The concept of being innocent until proven guilty has been ignored by the media. My invitation to the ceremony and  Moore's actual signature on a letter that I received is written as "Roy S. Moore." The "S" is missing in the yearbook signature. Some have suggested that the “D. A,” stands for "District Attorney." However, In 1977, Roy S. Moore was a "Deputy District Attorney" which would have been abbreviated as "D.D.A." The initials "D.A." could also be the initials of someone who signed a legal document for Moore, which was later lifted and put onto the yearbook. Bottom line, this all looks like more political dirty tricks to soil the character of a conservative, Christian hero. Ultimately, the voters of Alabama will be the judge.

Tom Morrissey, Past Chairman AZ GOP: I want to thank the Rio Colorado Republican Women's Club and Dr Connie Uribe for inviting me to be a guest speaker at their meeting last Tuesday evening in Yuma. What a dynamic and impressive group they are, and they are a perfect example of what the heart and spirit of our party should be. We discussed the current state of our national and state party and how we got to the place we are currently at. This brought us to a discussion of what, in my opinion, is really going on and what we need to do to correct it. This group has been together for a long time and their energy and understanding of the today's political landscape is truly impressive.  They work hand in hand with the Tea Party and AzRA and the results of that are quite impressive and encouraging. We also discussed how the Establishment in, and outside, our party opposed the will of "we the people" by taking down three men who stood for what we, the Grassroots Constitutional Conservatives have clamored for, over the years.  They are, Sheriff Arpaio, Senator Russell Pearce and County Attorney Andrew Thomas.  They were targeted for removal for actually doing the will of the people.  The same strategy is afoot today with the Anti-Trump movement. We discussed what we can do to prevent his removal and further, what we can do to make certain that he succeeds because his success is our success, and in turn, our country's success. My wife Kris spoke about how best to bring the power of conservative women to the fore and how that will bring conservatism back to our party. This power is what the Establishment fears and well they should. Lastly, we discussed Steven Seagal and my new novel "The Way Of The Shadow Wolves" and how it tells the story of how damaging the "The Way Of The Establishment Elite and Ruling Class" is to our line law enforcement officers and our military personnel through the corruption of power. This book, by the way, is giving some people some deep heartburn.

Republican National Committee (RNC) Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel on yesterday’s passage of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act in the House of Representatives: "Today’s vote brings America one step closer to historic tax cuts that will allow Americans to keep more of their hard-earned money," said McDaniel. "President Trump and Republicans in Congress are keeping their promise to give workers a raise, support American businesses, and grow our economy. The Senate must now do the same by passing its own tax bill and working with the House to prepare a final plan for the president."
